Strawberry Fluff
Strawberry Fluff is a light, no bake dessert made with fresh strawberries and pineapple, all mixed together with mini marshmallows, marshmallow creme and whipped topping!
A NO BAKE DESSERT RECIPE
I absolute love fluffs! They whip up so fast and they are a lighter dessert alternative. Easy enough to make for an after dinner treat and are also perfect for gatherings, parties, and potlucks. It’s a timeless recipe that reminds me of many of the other fluff recipes I’ve made over the years. I love coming up with new combinations of flavors and with strawberry season on its way, keep this one in your recipe box!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
The dessert will be done chilling in the fridge after 2 hours, or once the jell-o has completely set.
Sure. I have made a bunch of fluff versions over the years. If you like the pineapple vibes with this dessert, try my Pineapple Fluff. Other flavors that would work nicely are cherry, blueberry, or orange jello. I think you might also like my Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff if this Strawberry Fluff sounds good.
The pineapple is not the star of the show in this recipe, so it can be omitted, or if you’d rather use crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, that would be a great replacement if you can’t find chunks. If you omit it, please note that the number of servings, or size of servings, will decrease because the pineapple does add bulk to the mixture.
Feel free to top this with whole, sliced, or diced strawberries, or extra marshmallows. You could even sprinkle some sweetened coconut flakes on this.
The water should come to a boil and then be poured on top of the jell-o mix. This is what helps to set it up so you want boiling water, not just hot water.
Yes, you could double this recipe if feeding a larger crowd. Either get a larger bowl or use two smaller bowls.
Store any leftover Strawberry Fluff in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. It does start to break down a bit over the course of a couple of days because the juice gets released from the fruits.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (SEE RECIPE CARD BELOW FOR THE FULL RECIPE)
- strawberry Jell-O mix– it can be a store brand gelatin mix – you don’t have to use name brand Jell-O.
- boiling water
- can pineapple chunks or tidbits– make sure to drain the can very, very well. Too much juice leftover will cause the fluff to get too liquid-y.
- fresh strawberries
- whipped topping– like Cool Whip or the store brand will work perfectly fine. You’ll need it thawed and I always suggest to thaw it in the fridge before hand and not leaving it on the counter to thaw (for food safety reasons).
- marshmallow creme or fluff– you could even use strawberry fluff if you are an intense strawberry fan and want all the strawberry flavors you can find.
- mini marshmallows – if you don’t want marshmallows, you can leave them out. They do provide bulk in this recipe and helps to stretch it out to serve more people too.

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY FLUFF
