Strawberry Fluff

A creamy, no bake strawberry dessert with marshmallows, strawberries and pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce box strawberry Jell-O mix
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained very, very well)
  • 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries
  • 4 ounces (½ tub) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • ½ cup marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together 3 ounce box strawberry Jell-O mix, ½ cup boiling water, 20 ounce can pineapple chunks or tidbits, and 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries.

  • Then gently stir in 4 ounces (½ tub) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed, ½ cup marshmallow creme or fluff and 2 cups mini marshmallows.

  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to set up.

  • Serve with extra strawberries on top, if preferred.
