TIPS AND TRICKS ON HOW TO MAKE BACON WRAPPED MEATBALLS:

  • You can use my homemade meatball recipe below or your own favorite blend if you like.
  • Thick cut bacon is best used in this as it will give more texture and better to hold your meatball together. But you can use what you have on hand.
  • Toothpicks are encouraged to hold the bacon on and help the bacon not shrink off the meatballs when they cook.
  • Use your favorite BBQ Sauce for this recipe, I like to use Honey BBQ!
  • Make sure you bake these on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. They can make quite a mess and it is best for removal and clean up.
  • You can easily double this recipe to serve more people.
  • Mix equal parts of BBQ Sauce and jelly to make a dipping sauce for the side.
