A DELICIOUSLY EASY AND SAVORY SNACK RECIPE

With minimal ingredients, these Bacon Ranch Crackers are a breeze to put together. They only have 5 ingredients that you may already have in your pantry or fridge and bake up in just 30 minutes! If you want a recipe that you can’t stop munching on, or something different to serve to your guests, then this Bacon Ranch Cracker recipe has to be it!

TIPS FOR MAKING BACON RANCH CRACKERS:

  • You can use any kind of bacon that you like, we liked the thicker cut bacon the best.
  • We use ranch seasoning in a packet/container but you can also use homemade ranch seasoning if you’d prefer.
  • Light brown sugar is used, but if you want a deeper flavor, you can use dark brown.
  • Absolutely double this recipe for lager crowds as these will go fast!
  • Club crackers are the best to make these with, but you can try with any other rectangular shaped cracker.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)

  • thick cut bacon
  • butter crackers
  • light brown sugar
  • dried ranch seasoning
  • parsley

HOW TO MAKE BACON RANCH CRACKERS:

Lay the crackers out on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil.

Top the crackers with a slice of the cut bacon, set aside.

In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and ranch. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the bacon.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.

Serve with a garnish of dried parsley, optional.

HOW TO STORE:

These are best eaten the same day that they are made, but if you have leftovers you can place in a ziptop bag and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze these, let them cool completely and then place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 1 month. If you want to reheat, you can heat in oven at the lowest setting until just heated through. Or if eating from the refrigerator, you can just let them come to room temperature.
