TIPS AND TRICK ON MAKING OREO CHEESECAKE BROWNIES:

  • You can use any brownie mix that you like. I prefer the fudge brownie mix. This is just a standard size boxed mix not the one that is for a larger 9″x 13″ baking pan.
  • If you want a different flavor, you can use other flavored Oreo cookies. Golden Oreos would be a fun option!
  • I use the semi-sweet chocolate chips as I think it balances the overall sweetness of the brownies. But you can use any kind that you like, white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
  • These brownies are meant to be really fudgy and moist in the middle. If you want them to be more cake like then bake about 5 minutes longer.
  • These need to cool completely before cutting. The cheesecake layer needs time to fully set up.
  • Try not to over mix the eggs in the cheesecake layer. Doing so will cause the cheesecake to crack.
  • If you want to make your own homemade brownies for this, you can do that as well.
