Probably the best cookie in a mug recipe I’ve ever had. Did not stick to the sides of the mug which is a bonus. I even substituted a brown sugar baking blend because that’s what I had on hand. Very satisfying and hit the spot.

Don’t normally post comments on these really long recipes but Ms. Country Cook you have done it girl. A cookie in a mug recipe that is actually good. P.s. if you do own an oven, double the measurements and you get four cookies out of it. May need to add a hair more flour than double for texture purposes.

This is good! I’d give it an 8/10. I’d use salted butter and don’t skip the pinch of salt. Also make sure not to add any extra flour. Thank you! Delish!

This is the easiest and best mug cookie I’ve ever tried! It’s chewy, has melty chocolate, and is not too sweet. It’s perfect, thank you!!

I loved this! I was craving a chocolate chip cookies but too lazy to make them. I was hesitant to make this as all other microwave baked goods I’ve tried have been so terrible I’d throw them out. This one on the other hand was amazing!!! The flavor was on point!

-This Is Not A Reply, I just needed to be at the top, sorry-

THE BEST MUG COOKIE IVE EVER TASTED! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. Every other mug cookie I’ve tried has been dry and spongey, but this is delicious. Even better than oven cookies. I usually try not to eat too much sugar/carbs but this is addicting.

Absolutely delicious. I told my husband I was going to give this a try tonight and he expected it to be disgusting lol well we split one and he’s wondering why I’m not up making 6 more right now it’s soooooo good! Will make again and again.

I have major PTSD from prior attempts at making mugcakes but I read how great the reviews were so I decided to give it a try and can I just WOW. So simple so yummy! I chopped up some walnuts and left it for an extra 5 seconds so it would get more firm. Still so gooey and delicious! Can’t wait to make variations of this.

This is amazing! I would definitely recommend and try again. If you are someone who is picky like me and doesn’t trust many of these kinds of recipes, I wouldn’t worry about this one! Usually, mug cookies turn out try and gross, but I had absolutely no problems with this! I would say definitely be careful with the salt because otherwise you can definitely taste it strongly. Other wise, amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

Can the dry ingredients be measured together? I’d like to make up a couple of “pre-mixed” sets so that I would only have to add melted butter, egg yolk & vanilla.

You are a genius! I just made this on a whim, and usually microwave cookies are bland, too dry, or not cooked enough. However, this recipe is amazing! I wish I had a smaller spoon because the cookie was gone too soon.

This is perfect for satisfying my chocolate comfort food cravings. Just enough for me to share with my husband! One question: would it be possible to alter this recipe to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies?

I just made this and subbed stevia white and brown sugar, and almond flour. It was absolutely amazing!!!!! I have wanted something sweet and this hits the spot

Sounds GREAT! Before I try, the written recipe says 40 seconds, but the top of the recipe says 40 min. Typo? Which is correct?

I think this might be the start of a very slippery slope 😉 Having a hot chocolate chip cookie whenever you want it could be the start of something very dangerous!

This was amazing!! I agree about the slippery slope; so easy to make and incredibly yummy. Will make again and again.
