Cherry Cheesecake Dip
No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dip is the ultimate dessert dip! Easier than making a cheesecake but all the flavor! Serve with graham crackers.
A SWEET AND CREAMY DESSERT DIP
I love dips. Well, actually, I love finger foods and potlucks. I’m kind of a grazer. I like to eat a little bit of everything. Pile my plate high with a bunch of samplings of food and I’m a happy gal. Normally there are all kinds of savory dips but it’s kinda nice to bring something sweet to the table. And this one couldn’t be easier to make. Or to eat. And the bonus? This dip can be made ahead of time and you just let it chill in the fridge until you’re ready to dig in.

TIPS FOR MAKING CHERRY CHEESECAKE DIP
- I’m using a cherry pie filling here but really you could use any kind you love. Strawberry and blueberry would both work well. It is such a light and fluffy dip. It’s not overly sweet.
- You could even use this same recipe as a no-bake pie if you like. You are gonna love this dip and your friends and family are gonna love eating it!
- Try using different type of dippers. Fruit, chocolate graham crackers and animal crackers all work. For a sweet and salty twist, try using pretzels!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (SEE RECIPE CARD BELOW FOR THE FULL RECIPE)
- cream cheese – if you forgot to take out the cream cheese to soften, see my tips on How To Soften Cream Cheese Quickly.
- marshmallow fluff – or marshmallow creme – they both work here.
- COOL WHIP (whipped topping) – you do not need to use the name brand Cool Whip. The store brand works just fine.
- cherry pie filling – pretty much any pie filling works here – blueberry, strawberry, peach, apple, etc.
- graham crackers – or other sweet crackers. Use what you think will work well with the dip.

HOW TO MAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE DIP:
Mix together cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.

Then add in COOL WHIP and combine well.

Spread into a 2-quart dish or plate.

Then spread on cherry pie filling. Serve with graham crackers!

I went to a potluck with this once and one of the people loved it so much because she could actually eat it! She’s celiac and as such absolutely cannot eat any gluten. She and her husband have separate toasters due to her allergy. So often, when people bring desserts, they have foods that are made with flour… cookies, cakes, pies… and this recipe, if you do not use the crackers for dipping, and just spoon some into a bowl, works for someone who needs to stay away from gluten. Other people enjoyed this recipe, too.
How long will this last in the fridge?
Made this and it was a big hit. The next day I found my husband eating the leftovers out of the bowl with a spoon he loved it so much. Thank you for sharing.
This was amazing
Can this be made the day before?
she mentions in body of recipe it can be made day before
Has anyone ever used fresh blueberries?
Every time I make this, friends ask me for the recipe. I sometimes use strawberry rhubarb pie filling instead of cherry.
So good my mom loved it❤️
Sooooo good
This is so good!
I love this Cherry Cheesecake Dip, a big hot at parties!! And I LOVE that it’s so simple to make. Thanks for the awesome recipe, Brandie!
Oh my! The strawberries….putting this in individual cups and serving with graham crackers…YUM! Sounds phenomenal!!
I was thinking of putting this in individual cups and serving with graham crackers and Lorna Dunes.
Can strawberry topping be used instead of cherry
I plane on making this for my thanks giving appetizer and I hope everyone will like it!
Yum! I love the idea of a sweet dip!
Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to make for our Super Bowl Party!
I can’t wait to try this! My only question is: Has anyone tried this with strawberries? Wondering if I warmed some up with a little sugar on the stove first, then cooled it down before putting on top?
Don’t heat the berries!! just slice and add sugar. Keep in fridge for a few hours till they begin to make a syrup. Before serving drain off all the syrup and then place them on top of the dip.and you are ready to wow!
SO GOOD. I ended up doing two sticks of cream cheese, one large cool whip and one large thing of the fluff, and a large can of cherry comstock- I figured any left over ingredients would either be consumed alone or wasted. It’s DELISH. I haven’t taken it to the party yet, but I snuck a few scoops. So good. I’m serving with snickerdoodles and graham crackers.
Hi April! Woo hoo! No one needs to know you snuck some ahead of time – you are my kinda gal! Ha! Thank you for letting me know you like it!
Cannot see that lasting too long – yummy.
I am gonna make these for my kiddos today. Thanks for sharing this recipe
Hope they love it 🙂
Could u make night before or is this a dish to make day if
It can be made up a day ahead of time.
Thanks Carolyn- I hope you get to try it and love it like we do.
Makings of a popular dish.
Hope it was a winner for the party Wendy! Doubling make have been a good call.
Making it right now…have a garage party to go to tonight….looked like not enough, so I doubled it…we will see how it goes.
making me hungry
Sounds delicious! Pinning to save!
Fluff and creme or cream are the same thing. I've purchased them all at one point or another! = )
Is creme the same as fluff?
I serve a dip like this, less the cherries with fruit. It usually disappears quickly. Mimi
Made for a party tomorrow night – so very, very quick and delicious! I can already tell that this will become a go-to recipe for those days when I need something yummy for PTA meetings, family reunions, parties, etc. Thanks!
I made this today to serve tomorrow . I hope it will keep like that. Should I let it sit out before serving?
Thank you so much for answering my questions Brandie and Nancy, I'm really grateful xxx
This looks lovely but we don't have cool whip in the UK so what else could I use instead please? Also what does cool whip taste like ? Thank you, Meli xxx
Do you have dream whip? That would be close.
Use about one cup of whipped
whipping cream that has been slightly sweetened to taste. That is about 4 ounces of the cream before whipping.
Joanne – hee hee! Melanie, it's a stabilized cream. Not sure what you have that is comparable. We have lots of folks from the UK on here so maybe someone will have a suggestion! Shirley – oh my gosh – yes!!
This would also be great with chocolate covered graham crackers!
is it half of a 7.5 ounce of marshmallow fluff or is it just 7.5 ounces all together?
I am reading this while cooking dinner, and this dip is making me hungry!! I could eat this by myself.
This looks like a serving for one…ME!! With the ingredients, this would be hard to stop eating!! Pinning it!!
It's half of a regular sized jar of marshmallow fluff. It ends up being about a cup or so, measured. Hope that helps 🙂
Do you use 1 oz of the cream cheese or 8 ounces?
Hi Linda! It is one (8 oz) block of cream cheese. Hope that helps! 🙂
