A FUN, SIMPLE WEEKNIGHT MEAL!

Around my house we have meals that we call the Working Mom’s Specials. These meals, like these Garlic Bread Chicken Parmesan Pizzas, are our easy to make meals where we don’t have the time (or energy) to be fussing with a lot of ingredients or making a bunch of dirty dishes to be washed. Plus, these taste really, really good!

TIPS FOR MAKING GARLIC BREAD CHICKEN PARMESAN PIZZAS:

  • Any pre-cooked chicken will work for this: grilled, rotisserie or even chicken nuggets
  • In addition, marinara sauce can be substituted for the pizza sauce. You might want a little extra for dipping!
  • To serve: I just grabbed one of those prepackaged Caesar Salad Kits that are in the produce section to serve with this.

  10. I'm 70 and down sizing and just donated years of Southern Living yearly annual cookbooks that I had saved for certain recipes to our local College that has a culinary school. The librarian was thrilled and she was telling how they would use them to show how culinary trends had changed. I had them going back to the early 70's. at this age I am enjoying slow cookers and simple recipes..can't wait to make the chicken Parm pizzas for my grandchildren!
