Game Day Veggie Cups
Game Day Veggie Dip Cups are individual cups layered with ranch dressing and slices of fresh vegetables: carrots, cucumbers, peppers, celery and tomatoes.
THE PERFECT PARTY FOOD
I love some chicken wings when watching football but I do enjoy some fresh veggies. Especially when I can dip them in some ranch dressing. These easy individual serving cups are absolutely perfect for a crowd (no worries about double dippers here!) Pick up a cup of ranch dip and fresh cut veggies and snack away!

EASY FOR SERVING
I made these veggie cups with carrots, celery, cucumber, yellow peppers and grape tomatoes. However, you can use whatever you enjoy and you know your family and kids will eat.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (SEE RECIPE CARD BELOW FOR THE FULL RECIPE)
- ranch vegetable dip
- celery
- carrots
- yellow peppers
- English cucumber
- clear individual serving cups

HOW TO MAKE VEGGIE DIP CUPS:
Cut all the veggies into 3-inch long strips. With English cucumbers, you don’t even need to peel them since the peel is tender and edible.

Place about 2 tablespoons of Marzetti® Ranch! Veggie Dip into the bottom of each individual serving cup. Place veggie sticks into the dip in the bottom of each cup (placing the grape tomatoes in the middle.)

And, if you want to have a little fun, place stickers on each cup of your favorite sport, team or whatever the occasion!

Hi can I make these cups the day before?
Hi Lori! You sure can. If possible, try to cover them up with plastic wrap in maybe a large tray to keep them as fresh as possible!
How far in advance can you assemble the cups before veggies would get soggy from the dip? Would like to have these for my daughters wedding but would need to assemble probably 5 hours before serving
Hi Marsha – you can certainly make these 5 hours in advance. Just keep them chilled! 🙂
I’m making these for my dad’s 80th birthday party. I plan to prep everything and out the dip in the cups. Just before her party, I’ll add the veggies (already cut and ready to put in). That way they won’t get soggy but it should go fast. I’m trying to minimize my work at the party so I can visit and take photos.
Before “the” party.
Can these be made the day before your event? Or would you not recommend?
Would like to make these for my daughters wedding but also wonder if they can be made a day ahead.
What a cool presentation. The grands will love eating their veggies this way! Thanks for sharing!
These look adorable! I’m going to make these for the superbowl.. Where did you get the little cups?
Hi Janet! Thanks so much! These cups come in clear and white and I found them at Kroger! Hope that helps 🙂
Where did you find those cups ?
Hi Denise! I found them at Kroger (near the paper plates) 🙂 Here is a link to check them out on Amazon (affiliate):
