Blueberry Pull-Apart Bread (+Video)
This Blueberry Pull Apart Bread is easy to make with biscuits, blueberries, sweetened cream cheese and topped with melted butter and sugar!
A SIMPLY SWEET DESSERT BREAD
These simple pull-apart breads have been kinda fun to play with. The Cinnamon Apple Pull-Apart Bread. I made turned out so well, I figured, why not other fruits? And adding in that cream cheese filling really helps to change the flavor of the biscuits too. I am just topping this with a simple butter and sugar topping but if you want more sweetness, you could whip up a quick glaze with powdered sugar and milk and drizzle it on top!

TIPS FOR MAKING PULL-APART BREAD:
- There really is no limit to these pull apart bread ideas. You could use canned cinnamon rolls in place of the biscuits to switch it up.
- Any berry or fruit that is in season should work. I think I might try a raspberry-inspired pull apart bread next. I love fresh raspberries!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- refrigerated biscuits
- fresh blueberries
- cream cheese
- sugar
- milk
- melted butter

HOW TO MAKE BLUEBERRY PULL-APART BREAD:
Preheat oven to 350f degrees. Spray a 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, sugar, milk, and half of your blueberries with a hand mixer until smooth. Roll out biscuits until flattened.

Spread blueberry cream cheese mixture on top.

Toss a few blueberries on each piece, then stack up into two equal stacks.

Place the blueberry stacks inside the prepared loaf pan.

Sprinkle a few more blueberries on top, brush with butter, and bake covered at 350f degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until top is golden and bread is cooked through. *If your top is cooked but your inside isn’t, cover tightly with foil again and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Once fully baked, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with some sugar, and serve warm.

Can this made ahead of time? Thanks Cheryl
do you use the grands biscuits??
How could I use peaches in this recipe? Please
What should the internal temp be when done
John, good question but I don’t know. It’s not like meat. I go by the look of it really and how brown the top looks.
My loaf pans are glass. Is there a different oven temp or cooking time?
Could thawed frozen blueberries be used?
Hi Sandi! I don’t see why not! You might get more of a purple tint to everything but nothing wrong with that! 🙂
What a fun and easy treat! I know my Little Dude and I will love peeling off the layers!
Yummy! I love this idea!
On the Blueberry Pull Apart I don’t see a setting for the oven. I’m assuming it would be 350 degrees. Would that be correct? and Do you cover it the first baking? I’m looking forward to making it.
You are correct! Sorry about that! I fixed it. It is 350f degrees and yes, you do cover it in the first baking and you can remove it just before it is finished baking if you like a darker, golden brown top. 🙂
You did not show the baking temperature for the blueberry loaf bread.
Good catch! I forgot to add that in there. It is 350f degrees. 🙂
