This Cinnamon Apple Pull Apart Bread is easy thanks to canned biscuits but it doesn't taste like it! Freshly apples with cinnamon sugar.
CINNAMON APPLE-PULL APART BREAD (EASY!)
I love little dessert recipes like this Cinnamon Apple Pull Apart Bread! They're impressive but so easy to make. It's easy thanks to the refrigerated canned biscuits but we add a touch of homemade with the fresh apple, cinnamon and pecans.

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS SIMPLE, SWEET, FUN DESSERT:
You can really tailor this to how you like. It's an easy recipe to play around with. I think adding some dried cranberries would be really tasty. You can, of course, leave out the chopped pecans or switch it out with chopped walnuts or even macadamia nuts. Maybe add in some white chocolate chips or caramel bits. The sky's the limit on ways to make this!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- green apple
- ground cinnamon
- sugar
- light brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- refrigerated biscuits
- salted butter
- chopped pecans

HOW TO MAKE APPLE CINNAMON PULL-APART BREAD DESSERT:

Dice apple, and mix them in a bowl with half the cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in vanilla extract.
Open biscuit canister, and cut each biscuit lengthwise in half, so you end up with double the amount of biscuits. Spread them out on a clean surface, brush with a little butter, and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar, and pecans.

Stack your biscuits up in three different rows, and then place them in a loaf pan.

Brush the top with a little more butter, then sprinkle any remaining apples and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. *If your top is cooked but your inside isn’t, cover tightly with foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.

Serve drizzled with honey or powdered sugar icing.

can this recipe be made with can apple pie filling?
Brandie @ The Country Cook
Ho JoNell! I haven't tried it but I don't see why it wouldn't work! 🙂
Priya
Can I prep this the night before and bake the next morning? I'm wondering if the apples will release too much moisture and make it soggy...
Brandie @ The Country Cook
Hi Priya, I haven't tried it so I honestly couldn't say for sure. It's possible the apples will brown and release moisture and it might come out weird. I don't think I would chance it...
Deanna
can you do this recipe some way with lemon
Mary Jane
I want to make this but I noticed that vanilla was added on the video but not listed on the ingredients. How much vanilla do we use? Thanks.
Frederica
Maybe it’s supposed to be used in a powdered sugar icing?
Brandie @ The Country Cook
Hi Mary Jane! You are right - I totally forgot to add that when I wrote up the recipe for the site. I added it on. Thanks for catching that!

How easy....my kind of recipe! What size loaf pan did you use? Pinned.
Brandie @ The Country Cook
Hi Mary! It was a 4-cup loaf pan but you could use a 6-cup loaf pan if that's what you have. 🙂
