FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Could I make this all from scratch?

Yes of course. You can absolutely make your own cookie dough and brownie batter but we’re trying to keep this recipe easy here!

What’s the best brownie mix to use?

You can obviously use any type or brand of brownie mix that you love. I prefer the Duncan Hines Fudge Brownie mix.

Can I use different cookie dough?

Switch this up a little bit and use different cookie dough such as peanut butter or even sugar cookie dough for a different taste. You can also switch up the Oreo cookie flavors to change it up a bit. I really love the mint Oreo cookies with this!

What’s the best way to serve these brownies?

I love them just how they are. However you could top with ice cream, whipped topping or chocolate sauce to make them even more indulgent!

What’s the best way to store Slutty Brownies?

The Slutty Brownies can be stored in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 3 days.

Can brownies be frozen?

These brownies can also be frozen. I recommend cutting into squares and placing in a freezer bag or freezer container where they should keep for up to 1 month. Defrost on the countertop.

Oreos laid out in a single layer on top of cookie dough.

It had a great moist taste but a couple edges fell apart. Used Ghirardelli brownie mix & Hershey cookies, followed recipe exactly. Might try to mix and match other flavors.

  2. Loved your request about the emails. Being curious i googled why are slutty brownies called slutty brownies.
because they’re oh so easy, and more than a little bit filthy.”

Loved your comment!! “Truly I have no idea why they are called that name. It’s hilarious to me but I know folks get offended by nearly everything these days. However, that’s what most people know them by. So please don’t send me emails about the name because I’m not changing it.
