Hamburger Ramen Noodle Skillet
Ramen Noodle Skillet Supper uses affordable ramen noodles with ground beef and veggies to create the most flavorful and simple stir fry!
A FAMILY FAVORITE DINNER
This ramen noodle skillet meal is something just a bit different than my usual weeknight meals. It’s super simple to make and you only need one pan and five ingredients. Plus, you get lots of good, flavorful veggies in there too! It also reheats well if you have leftovers!

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS EASY ONE PAN MEAL:
- For those of you with salt or sodium sensitivities, you can replace the beef packets and water in this recipe with low sodium beef broth.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Or just leave the meat out entirely if you prefer.
- Try making this with other flavors of ramen noodles like chicken, soy sauce or vegetable ramen.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- ground beef
- water
- beef-flavor ramen noodles (with seasoning packets)
- stir fry sauce
- frozen stir fry vegetables

Keep the packets that are included with the ramen noodles. You’ll need those in a bit.

HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER RAMEN NOODLE SKILLET:
Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain grease.

Add water. Stir in beef flavor seasoning packet, stir fry sauce in sauce and frozen stir-fry vegetables. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Then break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet. Stir well.

Then cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes, until sauce is thickened and noodles are tender.

I like to try new recipes. That OTHER people create – I have almost no ability to come up with something on my own! This is why I love your weekend potluck so much!
I'm a retired school bus driver in my 60's who is still having to cook meals every night of the week. I'm cooking for my husband, 75 year old stepdad and my daughter and granddaughter who are living on our premises. As you can see, at my age and budget, I'm looking for inexpensive and quick meals to serve. I love your website and have dozens of your recipes. Keep up the good work.
I love skillet dinners and the recipe you showed with Ramen Noodles should even work with my picky eaters!
My hubby and I work two jobs and we have 3 kids. I have seen so many recipes on the internet that require SO much time and so many ingredients to make it all from scratch. I don’t have time for that! But at the same time, I don’t want to always have to rely on frozen meals and fast food just to feed my family. I still feel like we are making a meal together and eating together while it still is quick to make and affordable. Thank you for sharing recipes like this that don’t make me feel guilty. I love you and our site. Thank you for being REAL!!!
Erica, I don’t know how I missed your comment the first time around. I am crying reading this! This is what my website is ALL about. This is a judgement-free zone when it comes to recipes and/or ingredients. I worked two jobs for years and my husband was deployed often (military) and it was a struggle just to get in a home cooked meal. We *wanted* to cook but just didn’t have much time to do it and sit down to eat. YOU are exactly who I am here for and will continue to share recipes just like this without making you feel guilty that every meal isn’t from scratch!
I'd love to have some new stove top recipes because of the simplicity and speed of such dishes.
I love skillet dinners! They are usually quick and easy to make on a night that you need dinner fast. This was good and it is easy to replace the packets with the beef broth if folks don’t like to use the packets. This was great!
I just love cookbooks and am always looking for something quick to make for the evening meal, cause we're all really hungry and just ready to eat when we get home from work. I enjoy trying new recipes and changing things up!
We always need to update our diet.
I am just in a cooking rut. This would help me get out of it. ginastoll74@gmail.com

Love this recipe! Having rheumatoid arthritis has severely cut down on all the recipes I used to make. I love cooking but I need easy. This was delicious and easy. Thank you.
Desperate for new recipes for my family. I actually made two of your last week and BOTH were a hit; which in my house is AMAZING!!!!
I love Goosberry Patch recipes and their books are awesome, so easy and so tasty. I have several of them but would love to win this one since we are on the go in the summertime and I love quick and easy skillet recipes that are on the table in no time. I love to try new recipes, makes me happy and excited, wondering how the finished recipe will taste and I've never been disappoined in the Gooseberry Patch recipes.

I am always looking for new and easy ideas for dinner. After being married 28 years with 3 teenagers still living at home, my creativity has run dry in the cooking department, but they still need to eat!
I would love to win the Gooseberry cookbook because my husband is the world's most fussy eater, and I have to constantly find new and interesting things to prepare for dinner, especially those stove top one-pan dinners that I can hide the foods he won't eat in. Please help me.

I'd love to win this because I do all the cooking in the house, and I get tired of the same five recipes every week! And I can only take ordering a pizza for so long. -.- Anything to break up this food monotony would be amazing.
