BAKED BABY POTATOES WITH CHEESE AND BACON!
Mmm Mmm – this recipe, y’all! This recipe with baby potatoes, seasonings, bacon and melted cheese turned out SO GOOD! My entire family absolutely loved it! Let me show you how to make this simple and show stopping side dish!
TIPS FOR MAKING CHEESY BACON POTATOES:
- I love the seasoning in this. It’s my all-purpose seasoning for oven roasting potatoes too. So, I figured it would work great with this recipe and it did not disappoint. However, you can sprinkle some RANCH DRESSING MIX or your own favorite seasoning blend if you prefer.
- If you don’t have time to fry up bacon, you can use bacon pieces or microwaveable bacon as a substitute.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- baby potatoes
- small onion
- seasoned salt
- garlic salt
- butter
- three cheese blend
- cooked & crumbled bacon
- sliced green onion
HOW TO MAKE BACON CHEDDAR POTATOES:
Preheat oven to 400f degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl combine potatoes, onion, seasoning salt and garlic salt.
Stir until the potatoes are coated with the seasoning.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Dot the top of potatoes with cubed butter. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender.)
Take it out of the oven (using oven mitts, cause it’s hot, right?) then add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
Put it back in the oven, uncovered, for another 8-10 minutes (until cheese is melted.) Then sprinkle the top with sliced green onions before serving.

Warm potato salad is heavenly!
Ahhhh potatoes. I could eat them, in any form, all day every day. Of course I'd be ten thousand pounds, but yum.

I love all potatoes really, but if I have to choose, I pick garlic mashed potatoes. I'm not talking about a little garlic either, more like a whole bulb! 😀
I would LOVE to win the potatoes! This is one of the best give-a-ways ever!
I recently boiled some in chicken stock, smashed them and browned in a skillet – scrumptious! barlarbear@aol.com
Love all kinds of taters. Roasted, Boiled, Mashed, Fried, Grilled etc.
This might be a duplicate – but I love to roast little potatoes with honey, butter, a little dry mustard, and garlic.
My favorite is mashed potatoes with butter but I'll eat them in stews, soups, casseroles, pancakes, etc!
I love all kinds of potatoes. My Grandma was from the south and there was nothing better than fried potatoes in a cast iron skillet in her house. I can eat all varieties prepared any way imagined…fried, baked, roasted, smashed, mashed, au gratin, scalloped. The list goes on and on. I have had these same potatoes several times. They are easy to use with with all the info on the package. My teen aged kids make them when I'm not home to cook
Best of all, I'm on the HMR weight loss program, and these are on my plan…as much as I want. Who ever heard of dieting and being able to have all the potatoes you want???

I love all types of potatoes. I guess I would have to say red skin mashed potatoes, leaving the skin on.
I like baked potatoes best with butter and cheddar cheese.
Love these little potatoes!!
I love fried potatoes with onions but because that isn't too healthy we don't make it very often so instead I oven roast them with a bit of sea salt and rosemary.
I can't find the Little Potato Company anywhere in my area. I love potatoes any way they are cooked. My very favorite tho are baked and loaded with cheese, bacon, pineapple, sour cream and butter. Don't laugh until you try them. I discovered adding the pineapple by mistake so it turned out to be a great different addition.
I love mashed or fried potatoes.
Love those potatoes any way, mashed, fried baked any way is very good.
