A 3-INGREDIENT TREAT

I love all the sweets and treats that the holidays bring out. I adore all the cookies and candies. It’s just one of my favorite times of the year! These Pretzel Rolo Turtles have been a long standing tradition in our house and we just can’t get enough. These are very similar to the Hershey Kiss Pretzels. They are one of the easiest recipes you will ever make but they are also super delicious. I promise everyone will keep coming back for more! It’s a delightful combination of sweet and salty. If you are looking for that perfect treat to set out to munch on, give away as gifts, or bring to holiday gatherings, then you need to make this Pretzel Rolo Turtle recipe.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What kind of pretzels should I use?

We like to use pretzel snaps for these. They are the square ones. But you can also use regular pretzel twists as well.

Can I double this recipe?

Absolutely! This makes about 35 so if you are wanting more for guests or to give as gifts, you will definitely want to double or even triple the recipe.

Can I use anything besides Rolos?

Another great option would be to use Hershey’s Kisses. Some Kisses do come filled with caramel. Otherwise you can use the regular chocolate Hershey’s Kisses. Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups work if you want a peanut butter twist. You can get pretty creative with these.

How long do these need to bake?

These only need to bake for 2 minutes! Super quick. Don’t go any longer than that or they may become too soft.

How do I store these?

Pretzel Rolo Turtles can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. These can also be frozen. Place in a freezer bag where they will keep for up to 3 months. Let defrost in the refrigerator and you can reheat in the oven for a few minutes if you like. But I actually love them really cold too!
