I always find that the best way to make whipped cream is to use a chilled bowl and make sure the heavy cream is very cold. This makes everything come together nicely and quicker.

This is great on so many desserts. It pairs perfectly with most apple and pumpkin desserts like Apple Slab Pie and Butter Crumble Apple Pie. even have a fun recipe for Pumpkin Rice Krispies Treats that this would be great on!

What is the best cinnamon to use?

A good quality cinnamon really elevates the flavor of any dish. I prefer Saigon or Ceylon Cinnamon. This can be stored in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap in the coldest part of the refrigerator where it should last for up to 2 days. I do not recommend freezing.
