Strawberry Fudge

With just three ingredients, you’ll be able to enjoy this Strawberry Fudge in no time! While not a true fudge, it is still a quick, fun and delicious treat!

A SIMPLE STRAWBERRY DESSERT RECIPE

While I’m calling this a Strawberry Fudge recipe, it’s not really a true fudge recipe, more like a strawberry candy recipe, but it looks like fudge. I love how simple it is to make, especially since it comes together with just 10 minutes of prep work. The texture is unique, overall it is smooth with an occasional crunch from a freeze dried strawberry. An easy, fun candy for when you wake up with a sweet tooth!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How will I know this “fudge” is done?

You will know this fudge is done when it stays stiff when you lift it out of the baking dish with the parchment paper.

How strong is the strawberry flavor?

The strawberry flavor is not overpowering, but is the main flavor in the fudge. It is also very sweet.

Does this fudge stay soft in the fridge?

Yes, this fudge will stay soft in the fridge in an airtight container.

My white chocolate didn’t melt, it hardened and had a weird texture, what happened?

When this happens, it means that the chocolate has burned and that it was heated at too high of a temperature or not stirred constantly. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to fix this, but when you try again, ensure you have the heat at the lowest possible heat, or use a double boiler to melt the chocolate to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Can I use fresh strawberries?

I know it can be tempting to use fresh strawberries but I don’t recommend using them because they would release too much liquid and mess up the texture.

What’s the best way to store leftovers?

Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week. This can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
