Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Add 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips to a medium saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until all of the white chocolate chips are melted.
Once the white chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and stir in 1 ½ cups strawberry frosting until well combined.
Gently stir in 1 cup freeze dried strawberries and then pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the fridge and cut into 16 squares, then enjoy!
