Hamburger Ramen Noodle Skillet
Ramen Noodle Skillet Supper uses affordable ramen noodles with ground beef and veggies to create the most flavorful and simple stir fry!
A FAMILY FAVORITE DINNER
This ramen noodle skillet meal is something just a bit different than my usual weeknight meals. It’s super simple to make and you only need one pan and five ingredients. Plus, you get lots of good, flavorful veggies in there too! It also reheats well if you have leftovers!

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS EASY ONE PAN MEAL:
- For those of you with salt or sodium sensitivities, you can replace the beef packets and water in this recipe with low sodium beef broth.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Or just leave the meat out entirely if you prefer.
- Try making this with other flavors of ramen noodles like chicken, soy sauce or vegetable ramen.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- ground beef
- water
- beef-flavor ramen noodles (with seasoning packets)
- stir fry sauce
- frozen stir fry vegetables

Keep the packets that are included with the ramen noodles. You’ll need those in a bit.

HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER RAMEN NOODLE SKILLET:
Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain grease.

Add water. Stir in beef flavor seasoning packet, stir fry sauce in sauce and frozen stir-fry vegetables. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Then break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet. Stir well.

Then cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes, until sauce is thickened and noodles are tender.

I love Gooseberry Patch and follow them on FB twitter & Pintrest. I'd love to win this!!! I'm in a huge cooking rut right now and would love to break it in time for school stating in 2 weeks.
The noodles dish is fantastic, just the right one for me. Easy, quick and satisfy. I like very much the “key point” you have mentioned in this post. “Meals that don't require a bunch of ingredients or that make a bunch of dishes to wash later.” This is what I am looking for… 🙂
I could use this cookbook to find new dinner ideas. Now that I'm a new Mom I need some new inspiration.
Thank you for a chance to win. I have a bookcase full of recipe books in my kitchen, but love each and every one and especially love to try new recipes. I think this new cookbook would be a 'must-have' as many a time I need a '30 min or less' recipe. These seem a perfect fit!!
I collect cookbooks, and have used recipes from all of them at some time over the years. A few are my main go to books, and yours look like it would be a definite go to. I just learned of your line of books, and would like to start with this one and go on to collect your entire collections, as the more I research them, I think you all are wonderful. My collection is to be passed on to my daughter-in-laws and grandchildren some day, so we can keep the good recipes alive. My name is Francene Kaufman, and I view your books on Facebook.
I would love to win the cookbook because I cook all the time, love new recipes, and it's my birthday!
I would love to win this cookbook to get new ideas for hot weather "skillet suppers". Keep it cool in the kitchen!!!

Hi, My name is Maxine, and I'm a "cookbookaholic"! It's a sad condition that I inherited from my mother. Symptoms include going into bookstores for a calendar or gift, and coming out with no less than 4 cookbooks from the clearance shelves, spending most of an AMAZON gift card filling up your KINDLE with any and all free or discounted cookbooks, and/or receiving at least 10- 20 emails a day containing recipes! Had Pintrest been around before her passing, I'm sure my mother would have been a zombie, forever in front of the computer! We read cookbooks as some would read a novel, and discuss them after. Winning this giveaway would feed the need!
