Hamburger Ramen Noodle Skillet (+Video)

Ramen Noodle Skillet Supper uses affordable ramen noodles with ground beef and veggies to create the most flavorful and simple stir fry!

A FAMILY FAVORITE DINNER

This ramen noodle skillet meal is something just a bit different than my usual weeknight meals. It’s super simple to make and you only need one pan and five ingredients. Plus, you get lots of good, flavorful veggies in there too! It also reheats well if you have leftovers.

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS EASY ONE PAN MEAL:

  • For those of you with salt or sodium sensitivities, you can replace the beef packets and water in this recipe with low sodium beef broth.
  • Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Or just leave the meat out entirely if you prefer.
  • Try making this with other flavors of ramen noodles like chicken, soy sauce or vegetable ramen.
  • This really is a whole meal in one so it doesn’t really need a side dish. However, if you’d like, try serving it with a homemade Asian Milk Bread.

Ramen noodles just aren’t for college students. We are on a tight budget but we don’t want to make the same ole thing all the time. This was great – thanks so much!

  2. My life has recently become overwhelming and having super fast/easy meals would be a lifesaver. I have some Gooseberry Patch books that I have loved in the past so I know this one will be awesome!

I have been married and cooking for 46 years and I am tired of using the same recipes. And always cooking from scratch isn’t all it’s cracked up to be anyway. Just more Mommy guilt from other women. So looking for new and easy recipes that use ingredients that real people eat not exotic ingredients you do not have in your pantry or that the local grocery store does not even stock. Thank you so much for this!

  5. I would love this cookbook because I am in such a cooking rut! None of my old stand-bys sound good to me lately and that just makes it so hard to want to cook. Plus, I'm sure my family would love something different for dinner instead of the same old things all the time!

  6. I would like to win this cookbook because we have kind of been in a rut around here it seems like we eat the same suppers (with all the same foods) every week we just switch up days and I'm honestly sick of Hamburger Helper ! Thanks for the chance to win.

  7. Hi Brandie,
I am going to purchase this cookbook if I do not win it. I love cooking stovetop and just bought a new Calphalon skillet to cook in. Most of my recipes are from you! I always love every new recipe that I try. Thanks for sharing yet another great cookbook.

  9. 10. I would love to have this book because my husband and I are both retired and the only ones in the household. Finding meals for just two people is so hard to find and many nights we have cereal or sandwiches because buying food for just two is almost impossible with everything comming in bulk. This book sounds like it would be great for us.
