These Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are on regular rotation at my house. I make them pretty often because they are a super easy recipe I can pop in the slow cooker and know they’ll be perfectly ready to eat by the time I get around to finishing the main dish.

Slice potatoes in half. This part is optional since they are already pretty small to begin with but I think slicing them in half allows for maximum flavor coverage! After you slice them. Put them into your slow cooker.

  8. We like our taters seasoned roasted and then smashed. The kids like smashing the potatoes then putting on a bit of cheese and putting them under the broiler to melt the cheese.

  9. I love my potatoes cooked in any fashion. From baked, to roasted, to grilled. I think the only way I don't like potatoes is scalloped. I'm a tater girl!

  10. I have not seen these little babies before. I will have to check our store. Now for how I love potatoes, just about any way they are cooked. Probably baked with the works on it would be my favorite.

  11. I had seen Little Potatoes in my grocery store and thought they were another gimmick to get people to buy something they don't need. Then I saw your recipe with the sausage & Little Potatoes and thought, okay, I'll try this. Now I buy Little Potatoes every time I go to the store and I've made that recipe 3 times, each time changing up the sausage flavor and other veggies. So delicious!! It's a bonus that I live in Wisconsin and am very excited for the new development for Little Potato with that many new jobs created and all that local quality! Thank you so much for letting me know about these great potatoes and giving me another amazing recipe to use them with!

  12. I love them anyway I can get them, especially baked However most of the time I have to fix a recipe where I can soak out the starch first as I'm diabetic, but these slowcooker potatoes sound so scrumptious I have to try them. Have not seen them before but did not know to look for them! BTW I love your blog and your recipes! Have a great week! 🙂

    1. Yes, sounds and looks great as I’m a tater fan and cheese makes anything better , then garlic …mmmm I need these , have not seen these here in Texas ? Are they usually in the produce area ? Or froz ?
Thanks , looks like I need to follow you ????????

  13. Twice baked potatoes are our family's favorite. I rub the outside of the clean potato with bacon grease and coarse salt and bake until done. Then I cut in half, scoop the insides out and mix with sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese and salt and pepper and top with more cheese, bacon, and fresh chives. Delicious! We frequently make these with salsa chicken (chicken breast baked with jarred salsa and topped with mozzarella).

  14. I am going to make these tonight and also make my own seasoning using the recipe for it. Thank you for this awfully good recipe..

  15. I've not seen these potatoes before but you can bet I will check them out. They look so convenient! Mashed potatoes are my favorite but i like potatoes so many ways. Thank you for the giveaway.

  16. I love taters just about any way I can get them–usually loaded with lots of other stuff. But when it's cold outside and I've gotten chilled, there's nothing better than a hot baked potato that I can hold in my hands and warm up on the inside and the outside at the same time.

  17. Awww Jen – that is so awesome! I think that recipe is one of my personal favorites too! It's a whole meal in one! This recipe can be made in the microwave too since it is the microwave pack of potatoes. But if you love that sausage & potato bake, you could do this in the oven along with some sausage. I know the garlic flavors would go really well with a chicken sausage! Thank you for taking the time to comment – sure do appreciate it!

  18. I love to roasted baby reds with olive oil, rosemary and garlic.. My kids really enjoy them as well so it's a win win for me!!
