A FUN NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE OREO TREAT
So, I might be a little hooked on Oreo Bark and Cracker Toffee. 😉 It’s all ridiculously easy to make but it’s fun to change it up to celebrate different holidays! This St. Paddy’s Day Oreo Bark is another fun one to make. Some chocolate, some Oreos, some sprinkles and M&M’s and boom – you have a deliciously yummy treat!

TIPS FOR MAKING ST. PATRICK’S DAY OREO BARK:
- You can make this with the colorful spring-colored Oreos or the mint chocolate Oreos that are out now.
- In addition, you can use peanut butter chips along with the white chocolate chips on top to change it up a bit. Or perhaps sprinkle the tops with some Andes mint chocolate baking chips that you can find in the baking aisle of your grocery store!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies – Mint or Double Stuf
- green M&M’s
- green sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE ST. PATRICK’S DAY OREO BARK:
Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwaveable safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval (or use a double-boiler to melt the chocolate.)

Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate out onto prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle crushed Oreos over melted semi-sweet chocolate.

Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before adding white chocolate. Microwave white chocolate in a microwaveable safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval (or use a double-boiler to melt chocolate.)

Then pour/spread melted white chocolate over the Oreo layer.

Sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles, then let cool completely.

Carefully break apart with a knife and serve.
