These ooey, gooey Tik Tok Cinnamon Rolls are a viral recipe on social media and you'll see why! It's a super easy but slightly different method for upgrading refrigerated cinnamon rolls!
Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the 2 (17.5 ounce) cans of refrigerated Grands cinnamon rolls in an even layer into the dish. Set aside the icing in the cans for later.
Pour 1 cup heavy whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls and in between each one.
In a small bowl melt 4 Tablespoons salted butter and stir in ⅓ cup brown sugar and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Pour the brown sugar butter mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven. Bake for about 30-40 minutes (or until cooked through.) See my notes below.
Remove the rolls from the oven and set aside while preparing the icing.
In a medium bowl add 4 Tablespoons salted butter and 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 block). Microwave for 30 seconds just until the butter and cream cheese are very soft.
Whisk the butter and cream cheese together until well combined. Add in the 2 containers of icing that come with the cinnamon rolls. Finally, whisk in 1 cup powdered sugar.
Spread the icing evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls. Then serve while warm!

Notes
Please note: oven times do vary. The rack that you cook it on and the type of pan you use can all affect baking times. Stick a toothpick into the center to judge if they are throughly baked. If it still looks a little raw, continue baking without the aluminum foil on top. Keep in mind these are a gooey type cinnamon roll though so they are meant to have a fairly soft center so use your best judgement on how well-done you want them.
Use only Grands Cinnamon Rolls.
Add chopped pecans or walnuts to the brown sugar mixture for some added texture.
