Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until (al dente).
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a skillet add the ground beef, onion, onion powder, and garlic powder over medium heat. Brown and crumble until the beef is no longer pink and cooked through. Drain any excess grease (if you use lean beef, there probably won’t be any.)
Add the Manwich sloppy joe sauce. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sloppy joe mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Add the cooked pasta and cheddar cheese. Mix until combined.
Top with the shredded colby jack cheese.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the casserole is hot throughout.
Optional: top with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
