Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Layer 24 Ritz Crackers on the sheet tray.
Tear 4 slices of the deli white cheddar into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over each cracker.
Tear the 8 slices deli ham up into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over each cracker.
Repeat with the remaining 4 slices of deli white cheddar (ripping them up in bite size pieces and placing on top of the ham layer)
Top with remaining 24 Ritz crackers.
In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup ½ stick butter (can use salted or unsalted), 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar, packed, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
Spoon the mixture evenly over each cracker.
Sprinkle poppy seeds, for toppings on top.
Bake on the middle rack for about 8-10 minutes or until melty and golden brown on top.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and serve.
