Peanut Butter Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme (or marshmallow fluff)
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed (half an 8 ounce tub)
  • 12 individual regular sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (divided use)
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (divided use)

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together 1 cup creamy peanut butter and 1 cup marshmallow creme (this can be done with a handheld electric mixer or by hand).

  • Then fold in 4 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed until combined.
    Cool Whip being added to the mixture.
  • Fold in 8 of the chopped peanut butter cups into the fluff with ¼ cup of the mini chocolate chips.

  • Place into a serving bowl and top with the remaining mini chocolate chips and remaining chopped peanut butter cups. If not serving right away, cover and place into the fridge.
  • Enjoy with your favorite dippers!
