Preheat the oven to 350°F. Move an oven rack to the middle.
Place the bottom halves of the 10-12.5 ounce container pretzel bites on a 9×13 parchment-lined baking sheet. Add a slice of cheese and two pieces of ham to each bottom, then place the tops on.
In a bowl, combine the ¼ cup unsalted butter, ½ Tablespoon poppyseeds, ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard, ½ Tablespoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and mix well with the pastry brush.
Use the pastry brush to coat the tops of the sliders with the mixture.
If the salt comes separately, sprinkle a little on top of each slider.
Cover with foil and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes. Then serve!
