3poundspork loin, cut into bite sized pieces(about an inch or so)
1ouncepacket au jus gravy mix(see notes below)
1ouncepacket dried ranch dressing mix
1cupunsalted beef stock(can use no or low sodium)
½cup(1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
6pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
Place the pork bites into the body of an 6-8 quart slow cooker.
Add half of the au jus mix and half of the ranch packet to the pot. Toss with the 3 pounds pork loin, cut into bite sized pieces bites well.
Pour in 1 cup unsalted beef stock.
Sprinkle the remaining dried mixes evenly on top.
Add the ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into cubes cubes, then the 6 pepperoncini peppers.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours until tender.NOTE: Do not remove the lid while cooking to check on the meat. This result in tough meat and a longer cook time.
Serve immediately with the cooking liquid as a gravy.

If you are concord about sodium or are concerned this will be too salty for your tastes, I would recommend low or no sodium options where possible or you can make your own ingredients where you can control exactly what is going into this.
