Preheat oven to 450F degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tablespoon cornmeal.
Spread 15 ounce tube of refrigerated pizza dough on cookie sheet. If pizza dough isn't spreading easily, allow the dough to come to room temperature and it will spread much easier. Poke holes into the dough with a fork, then bake for about 5 minutes.
Take dough out of the oven and spread 1 small jar alfredo sauce over crust.
On top of sauce, add 2 cups diced grilled chicken and ½ red onion, diced or sliced.
Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for an additional 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle dried parsley on top (optional)

Notes
You can use precooked, grilled chicken strips in the refrigerator and freezer section of your grocery store instead of freshly grilled chicken.
Use your favorite jarred alfredo sauce for this recipe or even make it homemade. I like to use a garlic alfredo sauce. I think it adds a lot of flavor and I love garlic!
Some additional tasty toppings might include: bacon, spinach or even fresh arugula.
