In a large skillet, add the ground beef, onions, and seasonings over medium heat.
Cook and crumble until fully cooked and the juices run clear.
Discard any excess grease.
While the beef is cooking, place Texas toast slices on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack for 5 minutes. Flip the toast over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the edges are a little crispy. You do not want the bread to be soft.
Once cooked, remove from the oven. Press the center of the toast with the back of a spoon.
Scoop the meat mixture onto each piece of toast.
Divide the shredded cheese evenly between the toast slices on top of the ground beef mixture.
Place back into the oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven and drizzle Big Mac Sauce on top.
(optional) sprinkle a little dried parsley on top

This recipe makes 8 servings, or 4 servings if you give 2 slices per person.
You can either buy the Big Mac Sauce or make some Homemade Big Mac Sauce that I used in my Big Mac Salad recipe. If you're looking in stores, Walmart calls it 'Secret Sauce'(not a paid affiliate link), but other stores or brands may call it something else. It's usually a "burger sauce", or something similar.
I used McCormick's Hamburger Seasoning. You can use any blend you like (or just use salt and pepper) or make your own by combining equal parts salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
