Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Place 1 bag breaded chicken chunks or chicken nuggets onto a foil-lined baking sheet (or spray with nonstick cooking spray.)
Cook for about 15-20 minutes (I just follow the directions on the back of the bag for best results).
While the chicken chunks are cooking, start preparing the salad. In a large bowl, combine 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce and 3 cups shredded cabbage.
Then toss in 1 cup shredded carrots, 3 green onions, sliced and 2 ounce packet slivered almonds.
Top with 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained well and 1/3 cup chow mein noodles.
To prepare the dressing, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 6 Tablespoons honey, 3 teaspoons dijon mustard and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the oven
You can serve this individually by putting the lettuce mixture in bowls, then top with cooked chicken then top with a bit of salad dressing. Or mix it all together in one large bowl.
Notes
Sesame oil has a very strong flavor so don't overdo it.
You can leave the dressing on the side if you prefer and everyone can add as much or as little as they like.
