1Tablespoonfresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ½teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonkosher salt
pinchof cayenne pepper(optional)
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl add 2 cups mayonnaise, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar, packed, 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard, 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish, 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and pinch of cayenne pepper. Gently whisk together until fully combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or place the sauce in an air-tight container. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so the flavors can combine.
Notes
This recipe makes approximately 2.5 cups of sauce.
