This insanely easy and scrumptious Chicken Bacon Ranch Bubble Up is a filling dinner recipe made with just 6 ingredients and ready to eat in only 40 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, sour cream, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, and half of the cheese until smooth.
Cut the biscuits into 8ths and place them in the bowl. Gently fold the biscuit pieces in.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly around the edges, the cheese has browned, and the biscuits are cooked through.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with chopped parsley for garnish if using.

I always add a little dried or fresh chopped parsley to my casserole dishes so you'll see it on a lot of my recipes. It is absolutely not essential to taste, I just like to make it look a little nicer with a bit of green.
