Add 1 cup Kewpie mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons ketchup, 1 Tablespoon water, 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder and pinch cayenne pepper into a medium sized bowl.
Mix until combined. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
