Cook and crumble 1/2 pound Italian sausage. Drain any excess grease.
Preheat the oven to the temperature on the 1 box frozen garlic Texas Toast. On a parchment paper-lined (or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) baking sheet, add the Texas Toast.
Cook the toast according to the directions. Flip halfway through cooking so both sides are toasted. This will take approximately 7-9 minutes. Remove the toast from the oven.
To each slice add about 1 Tablespoon pizza sauce.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided evenly) on top of all the slices.
Top each pizza with 3 pepperoni slices.
Place back in the oven. Bake for about 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle dried parsley and red pepper flakes on top (optional).
Add the remainder of the warmed pizza sauce to a bowl for dipping.
