Place the 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 1/2 Tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil into a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Use immediately or chill until ready to serve. Store in a lidded container (like a mason jar) in the refrigerator.
