Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 10x15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the 8 ounce tube Pillsbury Thin and Crispy pizza crust dough, with clean hands, to fit the baking sheet as best as possible. If it isn’t spreading easily, allow it to warm up closer to room temperature and it should spread easier.
To the dough, add the melted 3 Tablespoons butter, melted, then use a pastry brush to spread it evenly.
Next, sprinkle on the 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon salt , and ¼ teaspoon black pepper evenly over the dough.
Then sprinkle the ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top followed by 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Oven times can vary so go by color and doneness, not just by time. Garnish with 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Slice and serve!
