Start by rolling out and cutting 8 ounce can crescent rolls into 16 slices.
Slightly stretch out the dough before adding about ½-1 teaspoon pizza sauce to one side of each crescent dough slice.
Then add a little shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, less than you may think, fold the dough over and pinch the sides to prevent the sauce and cheese from falling out.
In a small bowl mix together 1 Tablespoon salted butter, melted and 1 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder. Brush butter mixture onto the tops of all the rolls.
Place half of the pizza rolls in a 6 quart basket air fryer and air fry at 350℉ for 6 minutes, flipping the rolls at 4 minutes, and then let cool before enjoying with more pizza sauce. Continue with the remaining rolls.
NOTE: Don’t overcrowd the basket. If you have a larger air fryer, you can cook more at a time.
Optional: serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

It's important to not overfill the dough. The temptation is strong to stuff these but they won't stay closed while cooking if you do. Just make sure that you pinch the sides really well to keep that from happening.
