In a large bowl, toss 3 medium russet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes with 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until evenly coated.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket of a 5-6 quart air fryer with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
Add the seasoned potato cubes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the potatoes every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Remove from the air fryer when golden brown and crispy, and serve immediately.
