Ingredients
2-3
pounds
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2
teaspoons
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
2
teaspoons
smoked paprika
1
small onion, diced
2
cloves
garlic, minced
18
ounce
bottle BBQ sauce
Instructions
Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place
2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
into the bottom.
Evenly season the chicken with
2 teaspoons kosher salt
,
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
and
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
.
Top with
1 small onion, diced
and
2 cloves garlic, minced
.
Pour
18 ounce bottle BBQ sauce
all over the top.
Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
When ready, take the chicken out and shred with two forks.
Put shredded chicken back in crock pot and stir well to coat it with the BBQ sauce mixture. Then serve!
