Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cookie dough, chopped cookies, white chocolate chips and nonpareils. The dough is thick so this may take a few minutes.
Using a medium cookie scoop to portion out the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.
Optional: take some extra white chocolate chips and press them into the cookie dough balls. Also, you can take some small pieces of the circus animal cookies and press them into the tops of the dough. This will help them really stand out after they are finished baking.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just golden brown. Only bake one sheet at a time for best results.
Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
