In a large bowl, stir together 15 ounces canned tuna in water, drained very well , 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons sour cream, 1/3 cup finely diced celery, 2 Tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion, 2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish, 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until ready to serve or use immediately.
