A Blue Hawaiian Cocktail is a drink that can be whipped up in 5 minutes and combines your favorite creamy coconut and pineapple fruity flavors into the perfect sip!
½cupcream of coconutCoco Lopez - stir well after opening
pineapple chunksfor garnish (optional)
cocktail cherries or maraschino cherriesfor garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pitcher, add in one cup of ice cubes.
Pour the white rum over the ice cubes.
Then pour in blue curaçao.
Followed by the pineapple juice.
Finally add the cream of coconut into the pitcher.
Stir this mixture together well until all of the cream of coconut has been thoroughly mixed in (if necessary use a whisk).
To serve, pour cocktail mixture into a glass filled with ice
Optional: garnish each glass with a pineapple slice and a cocktail or maraschino cherry. Note: I added the pineapple chunks and cherry to a toothpick and then inserted it into the drink.
