Ingredients
1
pork tenderloin
¼
cup
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
honey
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
fresh rosemary
chopped
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Using a sharp knife, remove the silver skin off the pork.
In a large ziploc bag, combine all your ingredients.
Close the bag and shake it until well combined. Place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but overnight is best.
Remove the pork for the marinade and place it in your basket of the air fryer.
Turn the air fryer up to 400°F for 20 minutes.
Remove the pork from the basket, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil and allow the pork to rest for five minutes.
Notes
Internal temperature of the pork tenderloin should be at least 145F degrees.
This can be frozen, see my tips above.
This does need to sit and marinate at least an hour but overnight is best.
You can use dried rosemary instead of fresh, see my conversion above.
