Add strawberries to a wide mouth jar or glass with the orange juice and use an immersion blender to blend into a pulp. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or blender.
Divide the juice between two champagne glasses and top each with pink moscato.
Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For those who don’t like any pulp in your drinks, you can run it through a fine mesh strainer to remove it.
I prefer to use Cara Cara oranges but any orange will do!
I used Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato but obviously use your favorite brand with this recipe.
Also, I chill the moscato before making the drinks. I prefer to drink this cold.
This makes two fairly large mimosas. If you’re serving them for a more “dainty” occasion, this recipe can probably make 4 smaller drinks.
I like a lot of juice in mine but the ratios can be adjusted to taste.
I used fresh strawberries but frozen can also be used.
Pineapple juice would be a great alternative to orange juice in this recipe.
