Ingredients

ounce
block cream cheese,
softened to room temperature
1
cup
sour cream
2
Tablespoons
(1 packet) ranch seasoning mix
2
green onions,
thinly sliced
6
slices thick cut bacon,
cooked and crumbled
2
cups
shredded colby jack cheese,
divided use
2
cups
shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
divided use
2
cups
shredded chicken
1
teaspoon
chopped parsley for garnish,
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl add the cream cheese and with a hand mixer, mix until smooth.
Add in the sour cream and ranch seasoning, mix to combine.
Add in the green onions and bacon, mix to combine.
Add in 1 & ½ cups of the colby monterey jack cheese and 1 & ½ cups of the cheddar cheese, mix to combine.
Finally add in the chicken and mix.
Stir everything one last time with a spatula to make sure it’s mixed well and spoon it into a 1-quart baking dish, smoothing out the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, top with the remaining cheeses and bake for 5 more minutes to melt.
Serve immediately with dippers of your choice and a parsley garnish, optional.
