Slice Little potatoes in half. Then cut up onion into large chunks.
Place potatoes and onion into a gallon-size zip top bag. Pour in oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Seal up bag and move potatoes and onions around until they are thoroughly coated in oil and seasoning.
Spray the basket of a 6-quart air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour coated potatoes and onions into basket. Cook at 400f degrees for about 15 minutes. Shake the potatoes about halfway through.
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch slices.
When potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, toss in the smoked sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
When finished, sprinkle with a little dried parsley (optional.)
Optional: Serve with honey mustard, ketchup or BBQ sauce for dipping.
