Dice apple, and mix them in a bowl with half the cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in vanilla extract.
Open biscuit canister, and cut each biscuit lengthwise in half, so you end up with double the amount of biscuits. Spread them out on a clean surface, brush with a little butter, and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar, and pecans.
Stack your biscuits up in three different rows, and then place them in a loaf pan.
Brush the top with a little more butter, then sprinkle any remaining apples and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. *If your top is cooked but your inside isn’t, cover tightly with foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
Serve drizzled with honey or powdered sugar icing.
