This easy Glazed Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread is made with King's Hawaiian sweet rolls, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and drizzled with icing. Ooey gooey deliciousness
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray an 11x7 (or 9x13-inch) baking dish with cooking spray.
Unpackage the rolls and using a serrated knife, with the short side of the rolls facing you, make 3 vertical slices, one on the top of each roll, stopping about ½-inch from the bottom crust.
Repeat on the other side but 4 slices. We are forming a cross pattern on top of each roll.
Carefully place the cut rolls into the baking dish.
In a small saucepan over medium/low heat, combine brown sugar, butter and honey. Stir constantly until everything is melted and combined (about 5 minutes.) Remove from heat then stir in cinnamon.
Open each slice you made in the bread and spread on a couple of tablespoons of the glaze.
Press the slices together to make sure glaze gets distributed on each side of the slices. Do the vertical cuts first, then the horizontal. Spread any remaining glaze over the bread.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes.
While the bread is in the oven, start making the glaze. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
Once the bread is finished baking, you can remove it from the pan or serve it directly from the pan (be careful, it's hot!)
