Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with corn meal.
Spread pizza dough out evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Take dough out of the oven and spread alfredo sauce over crust.
On top of sauce, add diced chicken and diced onion.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Bake for additional 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Notes
You can use precooked, grilled chicken strips in the refrigerator and freezer section of your grocery store instead of freshly grilled chicken.
Use your favorite jarred alfredo sauce for this recipe or even make it homemade. I like to use a garlic alfredo sauce. I think it adds a lot of flavor and I love garlic!
Some additional tasty toppings might include: bacon, spinach or even fresh arugula.
