Place the shrimp in a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray. Place the shrimp into the air fryer in a single layer, you may need to cook in batches.
Air fry for 6 minutes or until the shrimp is pink, curled, and opaque. Repeat with the remaining shrimp.
While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet or saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Take the pan off the heat and whisk in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
Notes
You can use any size shrimp you like as long as it equates to one pound.
If you don't like any spice you can omit the red pepper flakes.
This might need to be cooked in batches depending on your air fryer, we do not want to overcrowd the basket.
These can be frozen, see my tips above on how to do that.
We like to leave the tails on, but you can remove them if you'd like.
